Suffolk Farmhouse Cheeses
The, must visit, Suffolk Farmhouse Cheeses is situated on a lovely 109-acre farm on the A140, north of Needham Market. It was offically opened on the 7th June 2009, so the farm is fairly new, however this isn't always a bad thing as they thrive on their dairy success.
They produce two main cheeses, Suffolk Gold and Suffolk Blue. They are amoungst some of the best tasting cheeses in the UK. The cheese is made from the milk of their individually known cows, which are milked twice daily. The milk is then pasteurised on the farm and then made into cheese using traditional method tried and tested over many years.The farm is situated along Norwich Road in the town of Creeting St Mary in Suffolk.
